Let’s Talk Horizon is Horizon Health Network’s dedicated community engagement hub providing our staff, physicians, and the public with the opportunity be more involved and have their say on health care issues that are important and relevant to them. Through the online discussion forums, surveys and other feedback tools you can quickly and easily contribute your ideas, opinions and comments on key issues and projects and help Horizon’s leadership make informed decisions. Let’s Talk Horizon provides a one stop shop to provide feedback, check past consultations and see what decision have been made.

Can I use this site anonymously?
Yes, you can use this website anonymously. Even when you register and post comments, your anonymity is protected because you are identified by your chosen screen name. Bang the Table Pty Ltd hosts this website on behalf of Horizon Health Network and will not reveal the identities of account holders to Horizon Health Network. Any communication will always come to you through the platform, so your email address is not shared.
Is my privacy protected?
Your privacy is protected, and Horizon Health Network will only use your email address to contact you with updates and to invite you to participate in consultations. Your email address will not be distributed to any third party or used for any other purpose.
By registering on Let’s Talk, you will
Join an online community made up of health care providers, community partners, patients, members of the public and relevant stakeholders and rights holders.
Be notified of topics or relevant projects, or initiatives open for consultation in your area.
Stay informed as projects you are interested in progress.
We ask you to register because it helps to minimize the chance of the consultation being manipulated by someone who leaves many comments in support of a position.
All input and ideas are compiled and sent to the relevant project manager to inform the recommendation and/or decision making. Input provided online is used in collaboration with other in-person consultation activities like open houses, public meetings pop-up events, workshops and other similar activities.
Note: All comments you make through Let’s Talk Horizon become public records.
All interactive engagement tools are moderated 24 hours a day 7 days a week for inappropriate language, comments that disrespect other participants and for comments that are off topic. Images and emojis are also moderated. All moderation is carried out by Bang the Table for Horizon Health Network. Moderators do not edit or alter any comments and will only remove comments deemed to be significantly off topic, offensive or malicious, in which case they are removed from the site immediately and the person who posted the comment is advised by email.
